In the spacious outdoor play area with playground and trampoline, the little ones will find lots of fun, while parents can relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the view of the imposing mountains. In winter, the little ones can let off steam in the snow in the garden.

In the flat, our table football ensures lots of fun for young and old.

In the Loft:

On the spacious terrace the little ones find plenty of space to play. Let your soul dangle with a view of the mountains.

At any time of the year you will find peace and quiet in our modern and child-friendly family suites.

Right next door, the toboggan hill ensures fun in the snow.

Leave everyday life at home and enjoy the numerous possibilities in our child-friendly rooms, on the beautiful Seefeld plateau.

For the particularly diligent who also have holidays to work. Two desks are available in each flat. WLAN connection is also available.

Our house is located a little bit off the beaten track, in a quiet location. Nevertheless, the centre can be reached quickly.

Let your thoughts wander while sunbathing on the terrace or in the garden with a view of the mountain scenery.

Due to the sunny orientation, sun worshippers will get their money's worth.

There is also time out for parents or grandma and grandpa. The children will find plenty of space to play in our rooms while the "grown-ups" bathe in the sun. In the super-equipped kitchen, everything is ready to indulge in culinary delights. You can keep a close eye on the little ones.

The separate bedrooms and children's rooms mean that the adults also have time to themselves. TV in each bedroom offers the right TV programme for everyone.

For several couples, the separate bedrooms, all equipped with TV, offer the ideal retreat. For sociable hours, enjoy the spacious rooms with a large cosy couch and a view of the mountains, as well as the large dining area and terraces.

The kitchen is well equipped for culinary evenings in the house.
